To wit, the guests attending the Marc Baker quarantine party in the second half of 2020 include the list below. I only kicked out three guests, not because they deserved to leave, but more likely I was in a bad mood or not ready to listen.
To completely abuse this guest metaphor, I invited a lot of women into my home (sorry, Hina – I love you) and six of them made my top 10 – headlined by Madeline Miller’s lyrical The Song of Achilles (thanks Allie!).
